Today's Google Doodle is dedicated to Dr Mario Molina, who was a Mexican chemist. Doctor Mario had told the world how ozone chemicals were damaging the ozone layer of the earth. Harmful ultraviolet rays fall on the earth due to the destruction of ozone layers, due to which humans, animals and the environment are being severely harmed.

Today, as soon as you open Google to do some search, you will see a special Doodle dedicated to Dr. Mario Molina. In this doodle, it can be seen how some elements of the earth are destroying the ozone layers present in the sky. This includes toxic chemicals and gases etc. Along with this, an O of Google has been shown as the sun. Dr. Mario Molina is seen in the doodle assessing all these circumstances.

Let us tell you, Dr. Molina was born on March 19, 1943 in Mexico. He was very passionate about science since childhood. He graduated in chemical engineering from the National Autonomous University of Germany and holds an advanced degree from the University of Freiburg, Germany. After getting his degree, he went to America for research work.

During the 1970s, he found in his research how synthetic chemicals were damaging the Earth's ozone layers. He was also awarded the Nobel Prize for this research. He died on 7 October 2020 due to a heart attack.
